WILL

     I can be really stubborn sometimes, mainly in resistance to what someone wants me to do. I am good at saying no. I can also be very focused and committed to doing what I think is important, like my work as astrological counselor. Always, it is helpful to know what kind of willfulness is operating. Creative courageous productive will, or nasty prideful gotta-win-the argument will.
The will of the soul, or the will of the ego.
     In the sky, Mars is lined up squared to Pluto. Mars is action, Pluto is power and transformation. Watch for power struggles,
battles of will. Ego battles have a flavor of anger. The challenge now is to share power, to respect each other's power. Many things in your life are worth fighting for, and this is a time for firm resolve. Discernment is needed, to choose wisely how you want to use your energy. This can be a time of high-energy transformation, if you have the courage and the wisdom to stand clear of ego issues. There is a Will beyond your preferences, your desires, your control. Transformation and power will flow as you join your will to the larger Will, the Will of life-as-a-whole, the Will of what is.
