INSPIRATION

     You inspire me. The beauty of your presence, the deep pool of your intelligence, the things that you do so well, and the contributions you make to family and community, all these move me in ways that I can't even put into words. I am blessed to know you. It seems important to finally let you know how much I appreciate you.
     You are energized by what inspires you. It can be an idea, like a vision of a fulfilling life. You can be inspired by states of being, like love, happiness, opportunities to be of service, the possibility of mental and emotional peace. I find I am inspired when I forget my ego for a while, and open to the amazing intensity of relationship, including my relationship with the universe. Looking into your eyes, or into the starry sky at night, I am inspired by the immensity of life.
     When you are inspired, you have all the energy you need to fulfill your vision. Your inspiration empowers you to handle all manner of obstacles and fears and doubts. Some days the inspiration wanes and is harder to feel. Those days force you to dig deeper, to recover the source of your inspiration. Losing it, finding it again, your inspiration grows and deepens. And when you are in the fullness of your inspiration, you are most inspiring to others.
