LIFE IS SWEET

     Moon, Neptune, Chiron and Venus all in Pisces today. Life is sweet when you love everyone. Sun and Mercury in Taurus. Life is sweet when you hug someone. Green coming on the Minnesota trees, slowly, timidly. Tulip bulbs pop their heads out after rain.
So sweet. So tender. 
     I am grateful for the gentleness and kindness and beauty in my life, in nature and in the people I spend time with. Grateful for those who made possible the renovations in my living space, and for the freshly painted walls and the new light switch dimmers. Grateful too for the immense power that lies beneath the beauty, the power that produces this elegant goodness.
    It is so healing to notice all that you appreciate. What you appreciate defines you. You are what you appreciate. Grateful for the opportunity to be who you are, appreciating your unique qualities, happy simply to be here, warm and breathing. It's easy enough to be aware of what you don't like or are unhappy about.
Everyone has regrets and limitations. When you bring your attention back to that sweet feeling in your heart, in your belly, in your hands and in your smile, Spring bursts out all around you and your flowers start to bloom.
