STRESS


     How do you handle pressure? If there is tension in your life, what are your reasons for feeling tense? Are shoulds and have-to's running your life? Are you afraid you're going to let someone down? Are you victimized by your own expectations? Are you trying to please everyone? Does reading this make you uncomfortable? Am I asking too many questions? 
     Moon joins Saturn today. Moon is feelings, Saturn is responsibility. So the idea here is to own what you are feeling, and
find the causes of your stress. Look at the ways that some of your attitudes and expectations are ridiculous, old habits from childhood. Like, I must never disappoint mom or dad. Then make clear decisions about what you are responsible for and what you're not. And feel secure that you know what you're doing, and that you are doing your best. Then you can enjoy being alive and being connected to your emotional world.
