Lots of soft energy in the sky now. You can walk quietly, touch tenderly, speak with kindness. Sometimes the pressures and conflicts of life can get you feeling edgy, angry, stressed out. But for a while try being gentle with all of it. Calming down, you can feel the sweetness of the ordinary wonders around you. The sweet relationships, the beautiful ideas, your tender connection to nature, the ways that in your breathing in and out you are gently embraced by the universe.
Of course it's good to be forceful, decisive and strong. To strive to reach your goals, and to courageously deal with challenges. It's also really good to take a break from effort, to balance action with listening. Being assertive is good, but unless you can let go and be gentle, you are controlled by your own assertiveness. For this week, go softly and feel the love.
