AS ALWAYS

     As always, the universe encourages you to be fully alive. All the resources for liberation and fulfillment are in you and surround you always. Especially helpful are the difficult times, the scary uncertain challenging times when doubts come up that you have what it takes. Especially those times that bring you to your knees and offer you the lesson of humility. And of course the little daily challenges in relationships, and the conflicts inside your own mind, the what-ifs, the imagined future catastrophes, the self-recriminations. 
     Life encourages you to embrace what's really here. When you encounter stuff that's hard for you, what a gift, what a great opportunity to grow, to learn,  to accept help, to admit limitations, to open your heart, to surrender to the wonder and the uncertainty, and the immensity of life. Driving down the highway of life, entering an on-ramp of Hwy 100, you take your life in your hands. You are challenged to work out the merging thing with a total stranger, perhaps an angry guy who just lost his job. You get to collaborate and respond to the woman who decides to go from the fast lane on the left to the 394 exit ramp right in front of you.
On the highway, little samples of the injustices and challenges of life. And then you read the news, the horrific headlines. Or you work everyday in a hospital or a junior high school or you're a cop or in the army. Or you solve big problems everyday in construction,
or strategic planning, or managing people. Or you are navigating the lovely dangerous shores of relationship with a loved one, a partner, or a child. Or you are attending to a newborn who needs your help for everything.
     The universe encourages you to wake up and be fully alive, and gives you every resource necessary for that to happen.
