LET HEALING HAPPEN

We've all been working hard to heal in all the ways we can. We do practices and techniques. We consult with experts, we read. We have been learning a lot all year about what might be our problems, and how to stop struggling with them. We are ready to let go of our suffering.
And when you get it, when you realize that the biggest source of suffering comes from trying not to feel pain, then your true healing begins. In mindfulness, in acceptance of what seem like your flaws, the peace and completeness of healing occurs, and you are whole.
And you can enjoy your wholeness, and be at home in the weird and tender reality that is your life, and my life, and everyone's life.
