DEMENTIA

I'm in my seventh decade. Started to get concerned when forgetting things more often, like why I came into a room, or what that perfect word was that I wanted to say. So now that I have medicare insurance I decided to get tested for early alzheimer's or dementia. The test results said I have superior mental functioning, not a trace of dementia. My only problem was fear or anxiety about it.
Isn't that a classic thing? Your worry about something wrong is the only thing that's actually wrong. A deep lesson here.
