THE KEY TO HEALING

       Relaxation is the key to healing. The energy blocks dissolve in your body, mind and spirit when you let go! And if you want to expand that feeling, you can visualize the whole world as a vast yoga class, stretching, releasing, relaxing, and healing together.

       Every one of you is a healer. Everything you do can benefit others, every breath you breathe can spread love, the source of all healing. It's good to appreciate the positive impact your presence is on this planet.
