PEACE. PASS IT ON.
Peace. It's where we come from. It's where we are, when the mind doesn't get in the way. You can feel it in the love between us, as long as you accept all the ups and downs of emotions and thoughts. We can get freaked out, stressed out, fearful and angry. And always we can return to peace. In your breathing, in the soft good feeling of connection and groundedness, sensing the weight of your body on the earth. Peace, when you breathe in gratitude and breathe out forgiveness. If you are aware of the peace in your life, you will naturally share it. You will provide space for your loved ones to calm down. Your smile of acceptance offers everyone a chance to let their guard down. Peace is powerful, and it may be the most generous gift we can give each other. Peace. Pass it on.
