FULL MOON

     Big feelings. Expansive energy impossible to contain. A perfect balance once every month as the moon comes up just when the sun goes down. Life in all its luminous fullness and intensity. Mysterious and much bigger than you are, it invites you to get bigger too.

     Sometimes here it is cloudy when the moon is full, and you can't see the big glowing funny faced moon rising. But you feel unsettled, excited, or strange. An old story is people go crazy at full moon.

     For me full moon is the opportunity to celebrate life's expansive vastness, the blossoming of this month's intentions, the absolute validation that life is great and way bigger than we can explain. So we go crazy with humility and appreciation and cannot speak in the simple wonder of it.
